Please note that this is the Honey-Chocolate.com Website Return Policy. Retail locations have a no return/no exchange policy. Honey Chocolate guarantees you will be satisfied with every product you receive, so long as the item you wish to return is NOT USED and IS IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, YOU MAY RETURN FOR ANY REASON.
This policy does not apply to our novelty items (lingerie), unless defective and in original packaging. Should you need to return or exchange an item purchased through honey-chocolate.com, please follow our return policy or contact our customer service department with any questions. Approved item(s) for return or exchange are to be sent within ten (10) days of receipt along with the packing slip completed on the backside indicating the information necessary to process the return or exchange to:

Shipping charges for items sent back for return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer, unless sending back defective merchandise. Honey Chocolate does not charge a shipping fee for exchange orders when sending the replacement back to the customer. Exchanges will first be processed as a credit to your credit card, and then a new order will be processed on your credit card for replacement. Once the return/exchange shipment is received at our fulfillment center, most return/exchanges will be processed within one week. You may be contacted by a member of Honey Chocolate Customer Service Team with any questions about your return. Returns that smell of smoke, body odor, or are without original packaging will not be accepted at any time and will be returned to the purchaser.
All returns require prior authorization, and your Return Authorization number should be clearly shown on the outside of your return package.
Returns for unopened items
You may return any unopened item in its exact packaging that it was shipped in. There is a 25% restocking fee for all items returned that will be charged to the customer.
Within 10 days of purchase, you may return a brand new, unopened item for any reason for a full refund less the 25% restocking fee of the purchase price. Original shipping charges are not refundable. For authorization number e-mail us and be sure to include your order number and a brief statement that the item you want to return is brand new and unopened. Then follow the instructions we will send you by reply e-mail. You will need to pay for return shipping.
Items Damaged in Shipping
We package all shipments as discreetly and securely but damages may occur in transit. If your package arrives showing physical damage to the shipping box, you may wish to refuse delivery. If you accept delivery and later find that the merchandise inside is damaged, please keep the shipping box and all materials, and e-mail us about the problem as soon as you can.
